The Draft Plans for digital terrestrial broadcasting are available for download both as a database file and in pdf format on the Cybercafé computers. Delegates are encouraged to note the unique identifier of the requirement and the page number on which the requirement occurs in order to identify cases where possible errors or changes need to be performed during the reading of the Plans.
